Why God Gave Them Camels

This is best time of the entire year, as far as I’m concerned, spring has always been my favorite season and I’m so glad that it is finally here. I have been busted my butt for the past couple of weeks getting the yard and the back of the place spruced up and it is starting to look half way decent. This weekend is supposed to be nice again, so I’ll be hopefully finishing up and ready to entertain over Memorial Day weekend.
I have purchased a new mosquito trap that I found online recently that I’m hoping will take care of keeping the back patio mosquito free for the festivities. It would really suck if someone got bit, just my luck they would catch the West Nile virus during a visit to my backyard.
The grill is now out and in place, all cleaned and gassed up. All I need to do is get the beer, the steaks and the boom box and we should be good to go.
I’ve been fighting with the same headache for almost a week now and can’t seem to figure out where it is coming from and how to get rid of the damn thing. When it first started rearing it’s ugly head, I would take a couple of Tylenol and they seemed to keep it at bay for the most part, never really leaving entirely. After the 3rd day the Tylenol weren’t touching the pain and here I am still trying to manage the pain while still trying to function at work and around the house.
Hope it clears up soon or I’ll have to take the time to go to the doctors, sigh….
I’ve been doing a bit of looking around and checking into the different web hosting review sites that offer information and rankings of various web hosting choices. I find it interesting that Yahoo always seems to be rated in the top ten, each time, which is cool. I have always relied on Yahoo since I’ve been using the Internet. It makes me feel good about my choice of the Internet tools that I rely on each and every day.
Yahoo can be trusted and is reliable and is referred to just about as much as the Google catch phrase is used so often in today’s conversations with today’s Internet needs.
The Swine Flu hasn’t stopped the festivities that come with Cinco de Mayo here in my neighborhood. You can smell all the bar b queuing going on and the music being played that reminds me of my visit to Tijuana, Mexico years ago. Even the rains haven’t cramped these Latinos partying style this year. I’ll bet there is even some pinatas being demolished as I’m typing, such as the cute little donkey one I’ve posted below.
